Chicken chow mein recipes
Small cabbage wedge
1 c of vegetables ( courgette, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, mushrooms)
1 carrot
1 small onion
1 chicken breast – shredded
1pkt instant noodles
1T cornflour
½t chicken stock powder
1T soy sauce

½ C water

Personal safety:
  • Careful with handling and walking around with with knives and watch out for others when dealing hot equipment.
Food safety
  • Ensure that the food is cook correctly and ensure that all of are equipment's are clean with no food bits on it before using.
Hygiene
  • Tie hare back to avoid hair on the food, wash hands and ensure that we worn apron correctly
Strategies
First ensure that we are not wearing any jewellery's to avoid physical contamination. The next step is to wash hands,tie hair up and specially ensure that we wore apron.
Collect the right equipment for the ingredients needed and place them on their proper

Chicken wraps
  • 1 wrap per person
  • Lettuce

  • Grated carrot
  • ¼ onions

All-in-one Tasty Pasta


Ingredients

  • 400g lean beef mince
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 100g button mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • 420g can Wattie's Tomato and Garlic Pasta Sauce
  • 1 ½ can water or beef stock
  • 2 cups small pasta spirals
  • 2 cups of vegetables for off the trolley
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Hair in the food- tie hair up, hair nets

  • Strategy- physical contamination will be avoided because the wearing of a hair net lessen the chances of it falling in your food.

          Incorrect use of boards



  • Strategy-ensuring that we use the right board with the right knife to cut the correct food item, e.g red meat on read board, avoids the cross contamination assuring from the juice running from the meat.

1. This bread was stored at the storage food and the environment inside is warm.
2. The bread has mold on the side of it and it is sweating all over.







Hong Kong



1. This bread was stored at the dark environment and warm in there because it is at stored at the top of the fridge.
2. With that it causes mold at the side of the bread and just turn into white.


Fridge

1. The bread from the fridge hasn't change much it is normally like from before.
